Shanghai Hanhe Paper Industry Co., Ltd. is a production enterprise specializing in the processing of high-end household paper products. The company was founded in 2008 and established its first factory in Songjiang, Shanghai, mainly producing toilet paper; In 2013, the second factory was established to start the production and sales of facial tissue paper; In 2019, the first and second factories merged and relocated to Jinshan Industrial Zone, while investing heavily in automated production lines to expand production scale; Relocate to a new factory located in Jinshan Industrial Zone, Shanghai by the end of 2023.
The new factory covers an area of approximately 42000 square meters and has about 200 employees. The production workshop covers an area of approximately 9000 square meters, and the warehouse covers an area of approximately 15000 square meters. More than 99% of the factory's products are exported to Japan, with an annual sales volume of approximately 45 million US dollars. Customers are spread across large supermarkets, wholesalers, hundred yuan stores, pharmaceutical stores, and medical institutions in Japan.

The factory currently has 19 domestically advanced highly automated production lines for household paper, providing customers with customized products and personalized services. Several of them have introduced the most advanced domestic technologies to create fully automated production lines controlled by computer AI, from folding, paper separation, cutting, packaging, outer packaging, box sealing, to palletizing and warehousing. Among them, the addition of manual appearance inspection not only reduces manual operations to further improve production efficiency, but also ensures product quality.
The factory adopts closed management, with separate employee channels and logistics channels. Before entering the workshop, employees need to change into work clothes, do personal cleaning, and enter the workshop through air shower. Raw materials and finished products enter and exit the workshop through a double logistics door with a single opening. The factory's pest control facilities are carefully arranged by a third-party professional pest control company, providing multi-dimensional pest control from the source of mosquito occurrence, to the entry into indoor passages, and mosquito extermination.
There are four types of products: facial tissues, hand towels, kitchen paper, wiping paper, etc. The product has a wide range of materials, including recycled environmentally friendly paper, wood pulp, and non wood mixed materials. The packaging mainly consists of multiple plastic bags.
