- Quality Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the configuration, use, calibration, and maintenance of inspection instruments to ensure the normal operation of inspection work.
2. Daily inspection records and various work records should be kept, and quality inspectors should carefully summarize their work and make work analysis every month, submit them to relevant leaders for approval, solicit their opinions, and improve their work in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for the inspection work of the company's raw material procurement, production process, and finished product inspection.
4. When quality inspectors discover abnormal product quality during their work, they should immediately report to the department head and promptly correct and handle the abnormal situation.
5. Timely collect information on abnormal quality reactions of products and equipment during use, in order to identify and eliminate potential causes of non-compliance and propose solutions.
6. The personnel of the quality inspection department must enforce the law impartially, treat everyone equally, strictly discipline themselves, and lead by example in all their work.
7. Responsible for writing and saving documents such as inspection records and raw data.
Job requirements:
High school/vocational school (including) or above education, experience in quality inspection related work is preferred, age under 35 - Folding machine operator
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the production plan and product style book requirements, obtain qualified raw paper and confirm that the appearance and odor of the raw paper are qualified before putting it on shelves;
2. Operate the folding machine to fold the raw paper according to the number of products, ensuring that the folding is neat, the size is qualified, and there are no quality problems such as continuous cutting, crushing/crushing, dirt, etc;
3. Real time monitoring of the appearance quality and operating status of the raw paper, timely adjustment or cleaning of equipment, to avoid the occurrence of uneven folding of the raw paper, paper powder falling off, holes, and dust;
4. Run the large loop cutting and monitor its operation status to ensure smooth cutting and qualified dimensions;
5. Observe the operation of downstream positions and communicate with personnel to adjust the operating speed or stop the machine in a timely manner, ensuring smooth operation of the entire production line;
6. Inspect the operation status of equipment within the position, promptly eliminate minor equipment defects, and cooperate with equipment personnel to eliminate major defects, ensuring that the equipment can operate efficiently and stably;
7. According to the style book, make product changes to ensure that the paper type, size, and quantity meet the specifications, and clean according to the requirements;
8. Provide improvement suggestions for equipment within the position and cooperate in implementing improvements to enhance equipment performance;
9. Make sure to keep accurate and truthful records (materials, cleaning, spot checks, etc.) as required; 10. Clean and organize the equipment and site within the area to ensure compliance with clean production standards;
11. Timely handle or report the storage in this area
Job requirements:
Junior high school/vocational school diploma or above, with relevant experience in operation. Age under 45
